The outline design will involve developing and considering the brief, interpreting this into a proposal which captures in a rudimentary form the general design direction and will incorporate a detailed presentation of the client’s requirements and an approximation of the cost of meeting them.

We will give guidance as to any major decisions needed from the client, and will also receive any amended instructions. In the course of the outline design we will advise on the need for and instruct any additional consultants working under our supervision.
