Malibu Gardens is a comprehensive housing scheme situated in Katani in the outkirts of Nairobi that comprises a total of two hundred and thirty seven residential units.

This major project was initiated by Windsor Homes Limited to accommodate the growing demand for attractive and economical family houses.

The estate is planned to create a secure neighbourhood with four spacious house types constructed to exacting standards of finishes. The community facilities include a nursery school, a social centre located strategically along the spine of the development, and a shopping centre with adjoining recreational facilities.

To provide visual relief and a sense of scale a combination of material finishes was used on external surfaces, with exposed stone to minimise the long-term maintenance requirements and colour variations in the paintwork and roof tiles to differentiate successive clusters. Individual gardens and open spaces are also thoughtfully landscaped to create a pleasant environment.
