Scheme design will involve the further development of the outline design, fleshing it out and developing small-scale working drawings to indicate the spatial arrangements and appearance of the development. We will, working in conjunction with other consultants, develop an assessment of the cost and timetable for the project.

The latter stages of the scheme design will include, where required, submitting copies of the drawings to the local authority for planning consent, under the building by-laws.
